We constructed a 460-unit facility under the name of Oz Stor - I was involved in its day to day operations until we decided to rebrand to Storage King in 2012 in February 2019 we sold the business as a couple of the directors wanted to retire. Oz Stor was founding member of the Self Storage Association. I was elected to the National Committee in 1995, serving for three years, with direct involvement in the development of the Standard Self Storage Agreement.
